Click the Register button and sign up for our Refer a Friend program. You will be asked for your name, phone number, and the email you have on file with Edustaff.
Once registered, you will have a unique referral link assigned to you from which you can start sharing with friends and family via email, social media, or text message. Your friend/family member must register as your referral by following the link you shared with them. After they complete the 3 step process, it will direct them to begin their Edustaff employment application. When they have been approved and meet the following qualifications you will then receive an electronic $100 gift card through your Edustaff email.

Once you fill out your name, Edustaff email address, and Phone number, you will be directed to your account. A personal referral link or invite link is assigned to you and is found on your account page. The referral link can be shared with friends, family or anyone who you would like to refer. If a referral is approved and works 40 hours within 90 days of receiving their Approval Notice, an electronic email containing your $100 gift card will be sent to you.
Anytime during our program dates: June 20, 2023 to June 26, 2024. After you sign up on Referral Rock, send out your personalized link to friends and family.
Your referral must complete their Edustaff application and be approved. Using your personalized link, the referral has to sign up on Referral Rock. The gift card will be sent after your referral completes the Edustaff approval process and works 40 hours within 90 days after they receive their Edustaff Approval email.
There are no limits on how many people you can refer, within the program dates.
For a referral to qualify they must have completed their Edustaff application within the current school year and made a Referral Rock account using your personalized link.
The $100 gift card are includible as gross income to the recipient and is subject to income tax withholding as well as employment taxes.
Rollover Employees: When Edustaff partners with a new district (or implements a new service line in a current district), any district substitute or other applicable staff who has the opportunity to transition to Edustaff is not a valid referral candidate.
Previously Employed Edustaff Employees: If you have been previously employed by Edustaff, you are not a valid referral candidate.
Duplicate referral: An employee cannot use the same referral as another employee.
