Recruiting brings results in West Orange Public Schools

The West Orange Public Schools district was looking for a substitute staffing provider that would recruit new substitute teachers and paraprofessionals while allowing the district to maintain its current sub pool as employees. They found what they were looking for with Edustaff.

West Orange Public Schools partnered with Edustaff in the early spring of 2022. It was their first time working with a substitute staffing provider, and district officials say they couldn’t be happier with the results.

Edustaff has been able to add to the substitute pool by taking over the recruiting process from district staff, who had limited time and resources to spend on recruiting. Edustaff was also able to help with tracking Covid testing accurately, which had been a challenge for the district staff.‍
