Since the pandemic, more and more adjunct professors are coming from out of state. Mid Michigan College’s payroll department could not meet the increasing demands of dealing with multiple states’ requirements. Withan accounting system built solely around employees in Michigan, the one-person department simply could not keep up with the workload.
Edustaff brought a team onsite to help educate and work individually with employees through the implementation process, and the result has been excellent, according to Lori Fassett, Associate VP of Human Resources. Edustaff responds to questions quickly and works collaboratively through anyissues or concerns.
