Join the Edustaff Referral program and start making referrals. There is no limit on how many referrals can be made. Each approved referral gets the referring Edustaff employee a $100 gift card.

Referring Your Friends and Family to Edustaff is Easy

Step 1: Click Register Now. Sign up on our referral website by entering your name, phone number, and the email you have on file with Edustaff.

Step 2: Once registered, you’ll get a unique referral link to share via email, social media, or text.

Step 3: Your friend or family member must sign up through your personal link and complete the 3-step referral form. 

Step 4: Once your referral works 40 hours within 90 days of approval, you’ll receive a $100 electronic gift card sent to your Edustaff email.

When will I receive my referral reward?
To earn the reward, your referral must sign up using your personal referral link. This link is generated when you make an account and can be shared through email, social media, or text. Once your referral is linked and works 40 hours within 90 days of approval, you’ll receive a $100 gift card.
No, there is no limit on how many people you can refer, within the program dates.
Yes. For a referral to qualify, they must have completed their Edustaff application within the current school year and made a Referral Rock account using your personalized link. Referrals must also be unique to you. Referrals that have been added to another individual's account cannot be added again.
The $100 gift card is includible as gross income to the recipient and is subject to income tax withholding and employment taxes.

Rollover Employees: When Edustaff partners with a new district (or implements a new service line in a current district), any district substitute or other applicable staff who has the opportunity to transition to Edustaff is not a valid referral candidate.

Previously Employed Edustaff Employees: If Edustaff has previously employed you, you are not a valid referral candidate.

Duplicate referral: An employee cannot use the same referral as another employee.
