AJ Weber has been with Edustaff in a variety of capacities since 2018. As the Director of Project Management, he oversees the implementation of the company’s strategic vision and goals. His experience in employee services, field services, payroll, and IT gives him a broad understanding of the cross-department needs for implementation and fact-finding. Edustaff’s core value of Servanthood is AJ’s primary focus, and he strives to make that the central point of the Edustaff experience.

Angeline Noble has been with Edustaff since 2015. She serves as the Executive Director of Higher Education where she leads the company’s growing partnerships with higher education institutions nationwide. With a strong background in education operations and talent management, Angeline focuses on helping institutions streamline staffing for adjunct faculty and support staff. Her leadership is instrumental in expanding Edustaff’s higher education service line, bringing tailored workforce solutions to campuses across the country. Known for her strategic mindset and collaborative approach, Angeline is
passionate about helping institutions thrive through operational efficiency and exceptional service.

Brian Dunn is the Executive Director of Michigan District Relations at Edustaff, where he oversees partnerships with K–12 public school districts across the state. With deep roots in Michigan’s education landscape, Brian brings a wealth of experience in school operations, staffing solutions, and client service. He is dedicated to supporting district leaders in addressing workforce challenges, improving substitute fill rates, and ensuring seamless service delivery. Known for his responsiveness and relationship-driven
approach, Brian plays a key role in strengthening Edustaff’s impact across Michigan schools.

Carrie DeJong is the Director of Employee Services at Edustaff, where she leads the teams responsible for onboarding, compliance, employee support, and personnel operations for thousands of educational staff members nationwide. With a strong background in HR leadership and operational efficiency, Carrie ensures that Edustaff’s employees receive exceptional support throughout every stage of their employment. Dave Semon is the Director of Business Services at Edustaff, where he oversees financial operations, billing, client reporting, and process optimization across the organization. Derek Vogel is the Chief Executive Officer of Edustaff. Ernest Tisdale is the Vice President of National Field Services at Edustaff, where he leads the organization’s team of regional and local district managers across the country. Geoffrey Kartes has been the Vice President of Marketing at Edustaff since 2023. With a background in private equity-backed growth strategy for scaling businesses and a passion for education, Geoffrey leads Edustaff’s national brand, communications, and demand generation efforts. His work focuses on building trust with school partners, amplifying Edustaff’s mission, and unlocking new markets through strategic marketing and storytelling. He brings over a decade of experience in marketing leadership across multiple

Jodi Center serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Edustaff, where she leads the organization’s HR strategy, compliance, and employee relations efforts since 2016.
