Foreign Transcripts
We can accept transcripts from the following locations if in English:

Out-of-country transcripts require a full course-by-course evaluation showing the United States equivalency of a minimum of 60 semester credits and 2.0 GPA.

EduStaff’s workshop is approved by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) and is completely free of charge! By attending our workshop, you can avoid paying for substitute teacher training courses through providers such as CESA or STEDI.
Our workshop provides a certificate of completion for substitute teachers, along with all the licensing information you need to get started. It’s a convenient, cost-effective way to take the next step toward becoming a substitute teacher!

If you are not able to complete the entire application at one time, you will be able to save your progress and continue later.
Completed Online Application
After you have completed the online application, you will be prompted to select a Guest Teacher Workshop to attend (classroom employees). Or you will be prompted to submit any additional application materials in an alternative way (non-classroom employees). Once submitted, an Edustaff representative will be in contact with you if anything additional is needed and/or next steps.
